Short period, great pleasure: for just a few weeks, asparagus seduces us with its fine aroma and fabulous versatility. Our favorite variety “Meisterschuss” is literally waiting in the wings in the fields of Ketscher Hardthof Hillenbrand.
This Thursday evening is 100% dedicated to our favorite vegetable, whose fabulous versatility must be celebrated. Dominant or restrained, snow-white or grass-green, mousse-like, crunchy, liquid, foamy – asparagus is undoubtedly a culinary all-rounder. Secure your favorite spot now for these special hours by the lake, reservations are accepted from 6 pm.
