Our champagne selection inspires with over 20 selected varieties, while half bottles offer flexibility for every moment of enjoyment. Organic and Demeter-certified wines as well as natural wines complete our extensive selection. Our service team includes several professionally trained sommeliers with years of experience to advise you.
Our wine list reflects not only the world of wine, but also our cooperation with regional partners. We present carefully selected wines from Tischmacher, Zweilaut, Weinrefugium and IRORI. We have found other reliable partners in OffGritt, Lobenberg’s and Molina.

The hotel reopens its doors on Tuesday, January 2, and we welcome our first restaurant guests exactly one week later, on Tuesday, January 9. We are also available for reservations and other requests between the years, you can reach us daily between 9 am and 12 noon – in person, by telephone and by e-mail.
