When can I check in and when do I have to leave my room?

Our check-in starts at 2 pm, check-out is until 11 am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are available on request and subject to availability at an extra charge.

When can I have breakfast? Where is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served daily from 6:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. in our lounge on the 1st floor, usually in buffet style. In summer, you can have breakfast on the small balcony with a wonderful view over fields and meadows.

Where can I park? How much is the parking fee for hotel guests?

The room rate includes a free parking space directly at the hotel.

Are dogs allowed in the hotel? Can I take my dog with me for breakfast and dinner?

Your four-legged - well-behaved - friends are very welcome and can stay in your room for a fee of € 20 per night. They can also accompany you to the salon and our restaurant Die Ente for meals. However, we ask you to be considerate of other guests during your stay.

What are the opening hours of the restaurant? Do I have to book my table in the restaurant "Die Ente" as a house guest?

Our restaurant Die Ente is open Monday to Saturday from 6 pm to midnight (kitchen hours 6 pm to 10 pm). As we do not always know the plans of our guests, we do not automatically provide a table for hotel bookings. It is therefore essential that you make your reservation in advance.

Until when can I cancel my room free of charge? What is the situation in the event and conference area, and are there any charges for canceling a table?

Our cancellation conditions vary depending on the type of reservation. We have listed all our terms and conditions here.

Can I charge my electric car at the hotel?

Yes, we have two e-charging stations with two connections each, each with a capacity of 22 kW/h. Payment will be made at our hotel reception.

Is WLAN included in the room rate?

Yes. Wi-Fi access is included in the room rate, so you can easily go online during your stay.

Is there a minibar in the rooms?

Yes, each of our rooms is equipped with a minibar to make your stay even more enjoyable. You will find a selection of drinks (with and without alcohol) as well as sweet and savory snacks. Please contact us if you are missing your favorite drink, we will be happy to bring it to you as part of our room service.

Winter break

The hotel reopens its doors on Tuesday, January 2, and we welcome our first restaurant guests exactly one week later, on Tuesday, January 9. We are also available for reservations and other requests between the years, you can reach us daily between 9 am and 12 noon – in person, by telephone and by e-mail.
