This Thursday evening is 100% dedicated to our favorite vegetable, whose fabulous versatility must be celebrated. Dominant or restrained, snow-white or grass-green, mousse-like, crunchy, liquid, foamy - asparagus is undoubtedly a culinary all-rounder.
