The goose in the duck

Do you look forward to goose season so much every year? For us, this custom stands for something particularly homely, reliable and festive, and is one of our clear favorites in the seasonal calendar. On the weekend of our fall festival, we serve the Bammental free-range goose as the main course of a separate menu on Fridays (November 8) and Saturdays (November 9), with a choice of three (€ 99) or four (€ 114) courses:
