Hotels and restaurants stand for enjoyment and joie de vivre. Change is the norm here. Trends emerge, guests’ wishes change, innovations enter the market. All of this is also changing the work. For this reason, training courses in the catering, hotel and kitchen sectors have recently been modernized and restructured.
We train with heart, expertise and ambition – always with the common goal of sending success-oriented young talent and passionate restaurateurs into the world. Depending on your talent and interests, you can choose between various apprenticeships in the dual system and a business studies course in cooperation with the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Mannheim.
