Hockenheimring

A great past, a strong here & now: The Hockenheimring is a living legend. The historic race track is not only known as an exciting event location for Formula 1, German Touring Car Masters, NitrOlympX & Co. Here, exciting formats around horsepower and bold technology can be actively experienced. Slow down everyday life with racetrack sightseeing? Accelerate the kick-off at the lake with action and fun around racing cab, drift training and kart track? The SeeHotel is a short six kilometers from the Hockenheimring, and a visit is a highlight not only for motor sports fans.

Schwetzingen

Music and culture, palace gardens and asparagus metropolis, leisure and pleasure - Schwetzingen is a city with many facets. In the heart of the city, the castle complex with its magnificent garden unfolds over an area of more than 72 hectares. The palace garden with its water features and fountains, magnificent mosque, pavilions, temples and sculptures is ideal for a day trip. And since Schwetzingen is right next to Ketsch, it's also perfect for an excursion by bike or even on foot.

Palatinate

Alone, as a couple, in a group or with the family - the Palatinate is always in season. Along the German Wine Route, idyllic villages, modern vinotheques and rustic wine taverns invite you to enjoy local wines and delicacies. Countless opportunities for hiking and mountain biking are offered by the Pfälzerwald Biosphere Reserve with sandstone cliffs, castles and huts for refreshments. The Donnersberg dominates the Pfälzer Bergland with its wide hills, castles and the trolley line. The Rhine plain is characterized by primeval old Rhine landscape and fertile fields. Whether by bike or car - it's only a few kilometers to 'over there'...

Speyer

Just 'across the Rhine' lies the cathedral city of Speyer, only 10 kilometers from SeeHotel, our gateway to the Palatinate. Speyer Cathedral can be spotted from afar and is the world's largest surviving Romanesque church; it has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1981. Close to the city center there is also the Museum of Technology, which exhibits a large number of technical masterpieces, especially from vehicle and aircraft construction, and delights young and old alike.

Mannheim

Modern, baroque, urban and surprisingly green - where the Neckar and Rhine flow together, urbanity, culture and nature blur into an extraordinary mix. Mannheim offers a real big-city feeling, and for an extended day of shopping, the square city is a real insider tip. The city center is 19 kilometers away.

Heidelberg

Take the mountain railroad up to Heidelberg Castle, marvel at the impressive panorama from below on the Old Bridge, explore the narrow alleyways of the Old Town on foot, sail up the Neckar and back down again... Heidelberg is one of the most beautiful cities in Germany from every perspective and is very close to us - it's only 18 kilometers to the city center.
