Do you look forward to goose season so much every year? For us, this custom stands for something particularly homely, reliable and festive, and is one of our clear favorites in the seasonal calendar. On Fridays (November 14) and Saturdays (November 15), we serve the Bammental free-range goose as the main course of a special menu, with a choice of three (€ 99) or four (€ 114) courses.
