Every year a special culinary highlight: The Martin’s Goose. A meal for body and soul and a gentle, extremely delicious transition from autumn to the Christmas season.
As always, our outdoor geese do not have a long way to go, but come from the immediate vicinity. All in all, they are then cooked crispy in the oven for many hours and accompanied by the classic side dishes, which, as we find, simply taste the best.
It traditionally starts on 11.11.,when we recommend the Martin’s goose as a main course on our menu. If you prefer to enjoy them on the weekend, you are very happy: On Friday and Saturday we serve our favorite poultry in a fine menu, either in three (€ 64) or four (€ 72) courses.
