If you have ever sat on the terrace with us, you can hear the hustle and bustle on the Hockenheimring from a distance. Not only the sounds reveal that the Hockenheimring is not far away, but also a view of our parking lot gives a glimpse of one or the other event at the Hockenheimring. Then Ferraris, Porsches, Mclaren, BMWs and AMG models line up in our parking lot.
The Hockenheimring has been the venue of Formula 1 since 1970 and has been revitalising our region ever since. Since our SeeHotel at the beginning of 1972 we are allowed to participate in the racing spectacle.
Only 7km and exactly 8 curves our hotel is located from the Hockenheimring. Far enough to immerse yourself in the peace and nature and switch off in the evening, close enough to be fast at the ring early in the morning. A balancing act between adventure and relaxation: take a seat on the lounge furniture on the meadow or swing in the hammocks before the next turn on the ring. And in the evening (outside the pandemic) take a seat on the lake terrace and end the day with a cool beer or wine.
It is not without reason that we were able to get involved as a partner hotel of the emodroms and Porsche and can look forward to regular visits from racing fans. Formula 1 legend Niki Lauda or newcomer Charles Leclerc have also stayed with us. In addition to the sports-enthusiastic guests, we can also often welcome business-motivated race guests, such as press people, pit stop crew members or employees of individual car brands.
And those who are currently with us as a guest can not end the evening on the lake terrace as usual, but can rely on an enjoyable savory before the first pit stop.
