Let’s start with an aperitif. And the choice was not difficult for us, because WE LOVE RUBY. The vinegar creation by Till Lamek is naturally alcohol-free and can also be enjoyed ‘virgin’ without compromise. You have both variants today:
Ruby Gin Tonic
1.5 cl Ruby Cube
4 cl Malfy Limone Gin
200 ml Dr. Polidori Dry Tonic
Put the ice cubes in a white wine glass, pour in the ruby and top up with tonic water, garnish with a lemon zest.
The non-alcoholic Ruby Tonic version is no less delicious – just omit the gin and add a splash of lemon juice.
