Finally back for everyone…
After almost seven months we are finally allowed to open our doors again 😊 And as with the first restart almost exactly a year ago, there are some challenges… the rules and regulations are not all so clear that there is an answer for every situation. But first to us…
… the happy news from Friday 21.5. we are back for ALL and that from Monday to Saturday from 6 pm to 9 pm and if everything goes well and the incidence remains below 100 we are allowed to open an hour longer 14 days later.
Our menu will have the usual scope, from our signatures such as the Beef Tatar on wood-fired bread, the SeeHotel Bouillabaisse, the ox cheek, the Wiener Schnitzel and co… asparagus dishes towards fine desserts.
And now to the rules of the game that apply to an opening:
The basis for tourist/leisure visits are the so-called 3 G’s: vaccinated, tested or recovered.
The group of vaccinated includes those who are fully vaccinated and whose last vaccination is at least 14 days ago. Persons who have a positive PCR test result with a date of at least 28 days, but not longer than six months, are considered to be recovering. If you are neither one nor the other, you can come to dinner with a test certificate that is no older than 24 hours. This can be exhibited in a classic way in a test centre or through service providers who have a specially trained team for these purposes.
As far as contact tracking is concerned, we chose the luca app, as this is the fastest and most sustainable solution for all parties involved 😊 Here you can download it: https://www.luca-app.de/
Who is allowed to sit with whom? People who have tested negative for a maximum of five from two households are allowed to come together at one table. There is no restriction in vaccinated or recovered persons. Thus, any number of people from this group can join the tested. There is also no restriction for children under 6 years of age. For our hotel guests, a new test must be presented every three days.
As usual, a distance of 1.5 m must be maintained between two tables.
